How Dental Crowns are Made

In order to manufactures devices that will fit a patient, they must be skilled and recently have knowledge in CAD/CAM. They usually used different materials in creating a crown, and one of these substances is porcelain. The dentist will just specify a shade of porcelain, correspond to a set of pots in the lab which contain porcelain powder. The powder correspond to the dentine base is mixed with water, and then fired. To mimic the natural translucency of the enamel tooth, further layers are built-up.
