Dental Restoration Over the Years

John Greenwood proliferate knowledge about porcelain teeth in 1785, followed by the development of Dental amalgam by Auguste Taveau in 1816. In 1870, the filing of large cavities by means of baked porcelain was introduced. After a year of continues studies G.V. Black standardized both cavity preparation and manufacturing process of silver fillings in 1895. Then in 1980, the techniques for dental implants developed.
